I had a very busy Memorial Day weekend. It included interviews for reception halls for a certain upcoming event, as well as the other party of said event putting an offer on a substantial investment.
Took the kids to the nations capital, saw a 9/11 memorial and explained to my kids what that was. Make Graham cereal for the kids (helped the wife), and had lunch with my brothers & their families.
That is a good way to spend a long weekend, encouraging the next generation to understand and care about who we are, from where we come, what our history is, and hope they learn from our past, and can have a better future.
